Once we’ve received your form, if we’re available for your chosen date, we’ll send you a questionnaire and a brochure with our specific services listed that are directly related to the type of gathering you’re planning to host. And then we’ll book a complimentary consultation with you!
what events do you specialize in?
Weddings and intimate gatherings are our specialty. Any type of event that revolves around relationship and telling a story is where we really shine! This can be through a uniquely curated workshop or celebrating one of life’s milestones! Do you work with any size of event?
This depends on what type of service you’re looking for. We coordinate weddings of any size. However, we only offer full planning for intimate weddings (30 guests or less). Gatherings can range anywhere from 20-100 guests and fundraisers or live performance events up to 150 guests.
How does payment/billing work?
For weddings, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. For gatherings, we create a custom payment plan that is curated to the timeline of your upcoming event. We always do our best to accommodate what works for our clients.
